Our Experience
Our Management Team have, in total, over 150 years of experience in corporate recovery and insolvency so we able to bring experience from the recessions of the 80’s and 90’s to bear on the problems of 2009.
Our Cost Structure
Although we are one of the largest Insolvency Practices in Scotland we are an independent company. We are not part of a UK National Practice – accordingly our rates are extremely competitive.

The majority of staff are based in our head office in Glasgow although we have a network of offices covering the whole of Scotland.

Our Team are lead by Peter Dean MA CA FCMI FABRP MCIArb MIPA. Peter has over 25 years experience in business recovery and insolvency and is an acknowledged expert in both Corporate and Personal Debt Solutions.
Penny McCoull is the practice Associate who has worked in the insolvency profession for over 20 years. Penny provides insolvency support for companies, as well as individuals, and has developed procedures for effectively administering corporate insolvency, as well as training a small team of staff to work on such appointments.
